4th BRAINN Congress
Abstract Submission

We invite all interested parties to submit abstracts to the 4th BRAINN Congress. Works will be presented in poster form, but a quick oral preview of every poster will be also required. Abstracts and posters must be in English, as they will be evaluated by a foreign committee.

Accepted abstracts will be published in the Journal of Epilepsy and Clinical Neurophysiology.

Click on “+ Create new submission”, then follow the guidelines to submit your abstract.
Abstract submission opens: November 12th 2016.
Deadline for abstract submission: February 16th 2017.
Works have to be in one of the following categories:

Applied clinical neuroscience
-
Experimental basic neuroscience
-
Neurotechnology
-
Neuroeducation
A prize will be given for the best work in each of the above categories.

Abstracts must be in Times New Roman font, 12pt, with 2 cm margins (all sides), and simple line spacing. They must contain the BRAINN logo at the upper left corner and the congress name, date and place in the upper right corner (see template). They may contain figures, tables, and short references, but they must be contained in a single A4 sheet. Abstracts not following the required format will not be accepted.

Slides:
- The title text font must be in Arial (32pt) or Times New Roman (40pt);
- The content text font must be in Arial (24pt) or Times New Roman (30pt);
- For slides with light backgrounds, dark letters are recommended;
- For video slides, we recommended to use the full screen.

Poster:
- height: 1,20m (recommended)
- width: 0,90m (required)

Obs.: Please note that submitting an abstract does not exempt you from registering to the conference. In order to attend the conference and present your work, you must register!

Obs. 2: Oral presentation should last 100 seconds and should be performmed in english. The poster and slides should also be in english.
